Pursuant to the IV GENEVA CONVENTION RELATIVE TO THE PROTECTION OF CIVILIAN PERSONS IN TIME OF WAR OF 12 AUGUST 1949 (the “Fourth Geneva Convention of 1949”), the Red Cross Law of Japan Empire , and
Proclamation of the Red Crystal Rising Sun Emblem having been the Emblem of Geneva Conventions of 1949 in territories of the occupied Japan Empire including Taiwan and Penghuhu;

the Red Cross of Japan Empire (also known as the United Nations NGO Rescue Committee for the people of Japan Empire, RCJE) runs on duties of the Fourth Geneva Convention of 1949, in the occupied territories Formosa and Pescadores, with its own vehicles.

日內瓦第四公約之大日本帝國赤十字社之公務車輛

根據 日內瓦第四公約，大日本帝國赤十字法，以及
我國政府之"宣告紅水晶旭日旗為日內瓦公約徽記"；

大日本帝國赤十字社(亦即聯合國NGO大日本帝國人民救援委員會)以其車輛，在被佔領的大日本帝國臺灣 澎湖，執行日內瓦第四公約的職務責任。
