The purpose of RCJE is also known as "the International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement" of the sovereign Japan Empire.

The Red Cross of Japan Empire (hereinafter "RCJE") is exactly the same in its effects as the Rescue Committee for the people of Japan Empire, to which it is equivalent in all respects.

The RCJE is the international autonomous organization of the Japan Empire under the Geneva Conventions of 1949 (Please see the Red Cross Law of Japan Empire, https://www.regovje.org/files/RedCrossLaw_JapanEmpire.pdf).

The RCJE is rebuilt to continue the former Red Cross of the Japan Empire, and to save Japan Empire nationals from Genocide and War Crimes committed by the United States of America and its Chiang Kai-Shek armed group - ROC.

A. Requesting the Occupying Power - USA and its occupying force - Chiang Kai-shek armed group (the Republic of China in Taiwan; hereinafter "ROC") to implement and observe the Geneva Conventions of 1949 and their Three Additional Protocols in the occupied territory of Taiwan (Formosa and the Pescadores; hereinafter "Taiwan").
Especially, RCJE is assisting the occupied civilians and requesting the Occupying Power and its occupying force to implement and observe the IV GENEVA CONVENTION RELATIVE TO THE PROTECTION OF CIVILIAN PERSONS IN TIME OF WAR OF 12 AUGUST 1949 (GCIV) and the said Additional Protocols.

B. RCJE assists the Japan Empire nationals (at about 20 million population in the occupied sovereign Japan Empire's territory of Taiwan) who are protected persons of the GCIV to be benefited by the provisions of (GCIV), that the Japan Empire nationals:
(three "No" and five "Shall")

1. No need to serve military to the Chiang Kai-shek armed group which is trying to rebuild the Republic of China (ROC) in the occupied sovereign Japan Empire's territory Taiwan;

2. No need to pay the civil tax to ROC;

3. No need to pay the civil administrative penalties to ROC;

4. Shall deserve the free health and medical care from the Occupying Power USA and its occupying force ROC;

5. Shall deserve the monetary subsidy and respecting of religion custom and funeral customs from the Occupying Power USA and its occupying force ROC;

6. Shall deserve respecting the nationality of Japan Empire from the Occupying Power USA and its occupying force ROC;

7. Shall deserve observing and respecting the occupied sovereign laws by the Occupying Power USA and its occupying force ROC;

8. Shall deserve the sovereign jurisdiction by the Formosa Court of the occupied sovereign Japan Empire (the State of the Empire of Japan);
